Today, he stands as a leader with a dream to further expand the business and become an industrial leader.
The Accounts Department having staff of experienced assistants. Besides, routine activities, this department ensures timely processing of payments to all staff and drivers and immediate rectification of pay queries, if any. It plays an important role in maintaining trust of workers and smooth operational support at all times.
JBT has an in-house certified workshop with a team of certified mechanics and helpers working round the clock to ensure that the vehicles are safe before departing for the trips. This workshop can accommodate six trucks at one time. Each tractor and trailer is checked thoroughly and the defects rectified immediately. Our Owner Operators enjoy reduced rates for repairs. Next to the workshop is the Wash Bay with full time employees. Working in a team, they keep our Fleet clean and in its best presentation on the road.
JBT has a team of dispatchers/salesmen who work round the clock in meeting customers’ requirements. Their primary job is to keep in touch with the customers and drivers at the same time and monitor timely freight movement. Together, they create a nice blend of meeting customers’ requirements and happy drivers working towards the goal of customer delight.
JBT ’s Safety, Compliance and Loss Prevention Department have works closely with Dispatchers and Drivers. This Department has a vital role of keeping compliant with all Highway Traffic Act and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations through hiring professional drivers and re-training on an ongoing basis. This Department believes in “Safety First” and plays a pivotal role in JBT.
We care about Health and Safety of our employees. Governed under Federal Regulations, HGC is working closely with the Labor Board in furthering compliance in this area. It holds regular meetings and honors suggestions from the employees for improvements in all operational and administrative parameters.
